So nobody replied to my post begging for polenta recipes and we were forced to improvise. Rather, D was. I let him make his magic and the result was delicious.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning

Yes, we got the snow and ice. School was cancelled, which means J has only been two days since Jan. 2 when they started back after the holidays. We laid around all day. I made a delicious soy ginger salmon recipe I found on allrecipes.com. Here’s a link for those interested.
