Today was preschool Sunday at the church where J goes to preschool.  His class sang 3 songs and he did such a great job!  Sadly, no pics or video.  I hate to post something like that with other people’s children without permission, so you’ll just have to take my word for it.  I have other thoughts about the whole thing, but I’m going to leave the opinion stuff in my new blog from now on…this one will be just for W family news so you can safely hear about us without hearing my opinion on everything from politics to parenting.

We took our first trip of the season to the ice cream store downtown and throughly enjoyed it last night.  J had a chocolate ice cream cone, which ended up all over him and his clothes…not to mention the picnic table we ate at in the park.  Wish I had pictures, but I didn’t take my camera.  I loved saying “I told you so!” to D…he insisted on bathing J before we went and I said I thought it was a bad idea.  I was right, because he had to have another bath when we got home!  The mama is *always* right.
